About me

I'm a Research Fellow in the Centre for Climate Communication and Data Science (C3DS) at the University of Exeter. I am an interdisciplinary environmental social scientist interested in the visual communication of climate change. I work across disciplines, and am interested in the areas of visual culture, climate communication, digital media and social media.

I completed my PhD at the University of Exeter in 2024, and also hold an MRes in Sustainable Futures and BA in Geography. My PhD research was funded through the ESRC South West Doctoral Training Partnership. My PhD supervisor team included Professor Saffron O'Neill, Associate Professor Catherine Butler, and Professor Lorraine Whitmarsh.

I have experience using various qualitative methods, including semi-structured interviewing, ethnography and visual discourse analysis.
